The UAE has solidified its position as a top destination for the wealthy in the Middle East. Dubai now hosts over 72,500 millionaires, 212 centi-millionaires (those with over $100 million), and 15 billionaires, while Abu Dhabi follows with 22,700 millionaires, 92 centi-millionaires, and 5 billionaires.

This growth is driven by business-friendly policies, tax-free individual income, low corporate taxes, and major AI and tech investments. The UAE’s strategic location, combined with new visa options—60-day tourist visas, five-year multi-entry visas, and 10-year golden visas—further attracts affluent individuals. Luxury brands can leverage this wealth-centric ecosystem.
